These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Otto’s Spa in Machu Picchu. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms below. We keep everything clear, respectful, and designed to protect both guests and our team.
1) Scope of services
Otto’s Spa provides massage and wellness services for relaxation and comfort. Services are non-medical and are not a substitute for professional healthcare or diagnosis.
2) Bookings & confirmations
- Bookings can be made online, via WhatsApp, or in person (subject to availability).
- Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or booking confirmation.
- We may request additional details (time preferences, special needs) to ensure service quality.
3) Deposits & payments
- A deposit may be required to secure certain time slots (especially in high season).
- Remaining balance is typically paid at the spa (cash or other accepted methods available on-site).
- If payment is declined or incomplete, we may not be able to hold the booking.
4) Guest conduct & respect
- We maintain a respectful environment for all guests and staff.
- Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or unsafe conduct will result in immediate termination of the session.
- In such cases, the booking may be treated as a no-show (see Booking & Cancellation Policy).
5) Health information & contraindications
- Please inform us in advance of any relevant health conditions, pregnancy, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities.
- We may recommend a lighter technique or adjustments for your safety and comfort.

6) Liability limitation
While we take care to provide safe and professional service, you acknowledge that massage involves physical contact and personal comfort preferences. Otto’s Spa is not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed conditions or ignoring professional guidance provided by our staff.
7) Changes to terms
We may update these terms occasionally to reflect operational, legal, or service improvements. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision.
